Delivering the A round – experts cover every angle

On Thursday 26th November, Capdesk and Cooper Parry will co-host a webinar for CEOs and finance leaders. Tune in to hear our panel of experts discussing a key scale-up company milestone: the A round.

We'll be firing our burning questions – and yours – to an investment director (Ed Keelan, Octopus Investments), a deal advisor (Sarah Abrahams, CP Futures), a lawyer (Ali Ramadan, Goodwin) and a CFO (Greg Carter, Capdesk). This quartet will spill their firsthand experiences with the all-important series A.

See more about our panellists below.

With decades of know-how between them, this will be a thought-provoking conversation. Some of the hot topics we'll cover:

  • Knowing what investors want to hear. How to avoid common pitfalls and deal with investors with confidence
  • Keeping in control of the round. Identifying the right support your business needs to link with investors
  • Striking the balance between prudent legal due diligence and accelerating the deal through the chequered flag
  • Seeing the big picture from both sides and tapping into this insight

Join Capdesk and Cooper Parry for this live interactive webinar, streaming at 11.30AM GMT on November 26th.
